In the middle of the beautiful umbrian valleys and hills, and with an outstounding panoramic view, between Perugia and Assisi, Castel d’Arno is a completely restored burgh of the 13th century, surrounded by an incredible rose and olives, inside of which there is a panoramic swimming pool.
The country house is located in a strategic position near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc). Moreover we are to little steps from the S. Egidio Airport, that become recently port of call of international lines low cost (Ryanair, etc).
Today the country house, after the restoration jobs, has 5 characteristic apartments of several metratures and much comfortable, all with sight on the splendid view of umrian valleys. It furnishes to you with antiques furnitures, are equips you of private service, equipped kitchenette, linen and heating. Wide parking inside the enclosure.
For our hosts we put a local use on laundry. And moreover it’s possible to have use of the wide garden and the swimming pool for pleasant moments of relax.
For all those who is wanted to make pizza, is possible also to use a magnificent firewood furnace situated in our characteristic courtyard.
Near Castel d’Arno there are two good restaurants where it’s possible to have supper with moderate prices.
Ours it is the ideal stay place for who privileges the human contact in a friendly, relaxant and pleasant atmosphere.

The Ulivi
Situated on the first floor of the country house, it offers to a splendid sight on the wide garden of olives and roses, where the swimming pool of recent realization is placed. It is a characteristic apartment of mq. 50, furnished with antiques furnitures, and it consist of a double-bed, a small room with 2 single beds, bathroom, angle cooking completely equipped. The apartment is equipped of every comfort in order rendering your vacation pleasant. The every day rate for apartment leaves from euro 90,00. The price is comprensive of water, gas from kitchen. Final cleaning: euro 15,00. Moreover the linen from bath and bed and, in the summery period, the free use of the swimming pool are comprised you. In the winter months, are not included heating expenses (approximately euro 1,50 to the hour for apartment).
The Cucinone
Situated on the first floor, it was the ancient kitchen of the country house. Much luminous one, is a large room of mq. 50 with a very high ceiling, with characteristic garret and a romantic balcony that points out on the garden and from which enjoy one fantastic view. And it’s furnished with antiques furnitures, and it consists of a double-bed, a garret with 2 single beds, bathroom with window, angle cooking completely equipped. The apartment is equipped of every comfort in order rendering your vacation pleasant. The every day rate for apartment leaves from euro 120,00. The price is comprensive of water, gas from kitchen. The Orto
Situated on the ground-floor,it faces on what a time was the garden of the country house, today splendid olive-grove. With independent entrance, it has a private small courtyard for pleasant dinner in the open air. It is a characteristic apartment of mq. 40, furnished with antiques furnitures and it consists of a big double-room with also a single bed, bathroom, living-room with angle cooking completely equipped. It can be utilized also for disabled persons. The apartment is equipped of every comfort in order rendering your vacation pleasant. The every day rate for apartment leaves from euro 70,00. Situated on the second floor of the country house, it is the true suite of the structure and our flower to the eyelet. From it is possible here to enjoy, among other things, of the beautiful view of Monte Subasio, on whose slopes is situated the famous citizen of Assisi. The surface of this apartment is approximately mq. 170 and it consists of several absolutely special rooms. It’s furnished with antiques furnitures and it consists of a large double-room, one small room with divan double-bed (or at call single-bed), a large family-room with one double-bed and 4 single beds, a garret with divan double-bed, 2 characteristics baths (of which one with a big bathtub), a drawing-room with TV and DVD. The wide kitchen (of mq. 50) is very fine with a great fireplace and a great panoramic window. There is also a dishwasher and electric oven.
